Description of Assessment Task and Purpose:
Your task is to analyse a case study and write a 2,000 word (+/-10%) report focusing on
evaluating and examining key issues around HR Development, employee relations, and
diversity and inclusion. The case study will be released in week 29 with a full assessment
brief.
The use of images, models, frameworks, and appendices are appropriate for this
assessment. Refer to the library for guidance on writing and formatting a formal report.
The purpose of the assessment is to develop analysis, theory application skills, and
propose solutions to problems while presenting information in a formal style. This case
study assessment judges your ability to recognise human resources issues from practical
level, explain them with theoretical concepts/frameworks, and present them in a concise,
professional manner.
